¡¡¡¡Responsibility This key position will report to the General Manager of theJV. Responsibilities include ¢}The new JV company will require implementation of financial control systems and procedures in conformance with our Group foreign company practice and procedures¢}Responsibility for the correctness of all financial and management reports¢}Follow up and analysis of product costing as well as functional and all other relevant costs¢}Organization of the credit control function and supervision of all credit and collection activities¢}Analysis of business trends and interpretation of the JV£§s financial results plus development of relevant measurements and feedback mechanisms to support business planning and growth¢}Establishment and implementation of internal control procedures£­also in JV branch offices¢}Coordination of internal and external auditing requirements¢}Prepare and present financial results at various management and board meetings¢}Work in close cooperation with Accounting, Financial Reporting and Information System services provided by our Group£§s internal service provider¢} To be proactive, with a core business and customer focus, making sure that red flags are highlighted and that action plans are put in place Requirements ¢}University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration¢} At least5years experience working in finance and £¯or a business control capacity¢}Above average computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and ERP Scala will be a plus ¢} A strong concern for quality accuracy and orderly work¢}Above average interpersonal skills¢}Experience working in conjunction with a foreign company is a plus¢}Fluent in Mandarin£¦English spoken as well as written ¢}Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, good attention to detail, team oriented, ability to work well under pressure with a positive, proactive and customer£­oriented approach.
