The 1st Qingdao International Fashion Culture Forum, jointly held by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and Publication, Zhongke Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd., Associazione Nazionale della Moda Italiana, The European Design Centre and Politecnico di MILANO, kicked off in Qingdao recently. The opening ceremony of the Qingdao Fashion Culture Industry Innovation Centerwas held onthe same day.

    When Qingdao and Milan Hand in Hand international fashion culture week is expected to kick off this October, top level Milan Fashion Week will kick off at the same time.

    Mr. Mario Boselli, the honorary chairman of Associazione Nazionale della Moda Italiana and The European Design Centre, and more than 100 other fashion and culture celebrities and international famous designers attended the forum.

    Themed as When Qingdao Meets Milan, the round-table dialogue attracted guests from both home and abroad, and Qingdao industry representatives to discussvarious topics, including international fashion industry development trend, integrated development of fashion and culture, future development direction of Qingdao fashion industry. Guests also talked about international fashion culture industry development trend, shared creative ideas on international design industry.     Qingdao eight bathing beaches open to tourists

    The bathing beach as a recreational place attracts foreign and domestic tourists. Qingdao No.2, No.3, No.6, Shilaoren bathing beach, Jinshatan bathing beach, Yinshatan bathing beach, Lingshanwan (city balcony) bathing beach passed review and opened to tourist recently, after the Qingdao No.1 bathing beach opened to tourists in early June.

    In 2016, during opening period (June 1 to October 30 for No.1 bathing beach, July 1 to September 25 for the rest of the 7 bathing beaches), Qingdao received 26.6 million tourists in total, 630,000 persons per day, according to the statistics.

    Qingdao bathing beaches upgraded their facilities based on actual conditions to provide better service. The no.1 bathing beach has a newly built Huiquanwan tourist comprehensive service center, integrating resources on medical care, safeguards, complaint dealing, tourist inquiry, dressing room management, ticket services, and on-site management to provide one-stop services to tourists. No.2 and No.3 bathing rooms refreshed the beach with filling sand. No.6 has an upgraded dressing room. Shilaoren bathing beach newly added 6 Shilaoren E Stations beside the wooden plank road for tourists to shade sunshine, have rest, surf the Internet, charge their mobile phone, or wash their feet.     A full marathon will come to Qingdao! The 2017 Qingdao West Coast New Area Night International Marathon Game, sponsored by the Huangdao District Government, Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Sports Federation, will kick off in main venue of International Beer Festival in Qingdao West Coast New Area at 22:00 on August 26.

    Not merely a night marathon, the game will be an all night long big party for runners! Sea, beach, beer, fireworks, non-stop music show, light shows are all here. The runners can sit together in the beach, waiting for sunrise. The game has a full and half marathon, as well as a 5km happy run. The total runner number will be 20,000. Full marathon is expected to be the 1st game to kick off at 22:00 on August 26. The route goes through Tangdaowan Beach Park, sea carnival, Oriental Movie Metropolisand other landmarks, and City Balcony as return site. It will end when the sun rises on August 27. Half marathon will kick off at 23:00on August 26 and last to 2:30 on August 27. Happy run will kick off at 00:00 on August 27 and last to 1:30amon August 27.
