As the key project of development power-transformation of Qingdao, the Qingdao AirBus helicopter H135 general assembly line project kicked off in Jimo New High-Tech Zone recently.
The project, which is the 1st H135 general assembly line project outside of Europe of the AirBus Group, filled theblank of civil helicopter production. In China, It brings huge opportunities for the general aviation industry development to Qingdao. After the project completed, all H135 helicopters sold in China would be made in Qingdao. The 1st helicopter is expected to be off the assembly line in mid of 2019 whenGeneral Assembly in Qingdao/General Assembly in China can be achieved. With designed production capacity of 36 per years, 100 helicopters are expected to be delivered within 10 years. Meanwhile, the project will attract parts vendors, including engines, aviation electronics systems, and helicopter lifting airscrews to settle in Qingdao, these companies in the industry chain are expected to generate over CNY 10 billion tax for Qingdao. 160km/h inter-city bullet train made by Qingdao run in Zhejiang
“Quick angel in metropolitan area” starts running! The inter-city railway between Ningbo and Yuyao in Zhejiang opened to traffic recently, the 1st inter-city bullet train with 160km/h designed speed wholly developed by CRRH Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. has been put into operation.
The inter-city bullet train between Ningbo and Yuyao adopts CRH6F inter-city bullet train specially designed by CRRH Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. As the 1st 160km/h inter-city bullet train of China, it has the advantages of both bullet train and subway, such as quick start/stop, quick pass through, and comfort. It is called as the Bus-Train or Quick Angel in Metropolitan Area because it fitsfor bus-style operation of inter-city.
The train contains 8 groups and 510 seats, with 4 seats a row. The train is the heaviest-loading train in China with the designed capacity of 1,470 passengers and max capacity of nearly 2,000 passengers. Compared with a normal bullet train, the CRH6F has stronger capacity in speed acceleration and deceleration, which makes it a fit for short-distance running between stations, just like subway. Besides 2 pairs of doors of trains in both end, each train has 3 pairs of 1.3 meters double-open sliding plug door, which enables quick getting on/off the train even when full-loading to reduce berth time, air conditioner in the train can keep the indoor temperature in about 26℃. The train has more passenger-oriented design, each train has LCD display, each window has abat vent, each seat has plug for passengers.
CRRH Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. has developed inter-city series products, which are 200km/h, 160km/h and 140km/h trains in different grouping type and customized passenger interface. CRH6A and CRH6F inter-city bullet train have already purchased by inter-city railways in Henan, Guangzhou-Zhuhai, Ningbo-Yuyao, Shanghai-Jinshan, and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan. By Fu Xuejun] Qingdao straw generates green electricity Straw processing is a big problem in the current harvest season for wheat, but one solution maybe lies in Qingdao Qiquan biomass power generation Co., Ltd.. “A ton of straw can be sold for CNY 240, it not only helps us to solve the straw problem, but also increase income for us. We can get money within 3 days.” Many rural residents in Linquan village on Wangcheng Street sent their wheat straw to the factory after they heard the news. Straw can be used for generating power as fuel, after burnt ash can be used as fertilizer to improve soil. As a power generation company relying on local straw, the Qingdao Qiquan Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd. kicked off the project in March 2016. The company connected to power grid on 3 June, all units are in normal operation currently, “We use over 300,000 tons bio fuel such as straw, peanut shell and dried branch, that will bring more than CNY 60 million extra income to villagers and help them solve the problem of processing and storage of straw. In addition, carbon dioxide emission in power generation equals to what they consumed in their growth, zero carbon emission can be achieved to improve air quality,” BaiGuangbin, the company vice general manager, said.
