On April 22nd, the 8th City Clubs Open Regatta International (CCOR) 2017 has commenced in a splendid manner in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. 72 teams and over 340 contestants from Japan and domestic cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Qingdao will compete with each other in 9 levels.

    After 2 contesting days and 9 rounds of fierce competition, the champion of remote control U550 youth group has been decided. Huang Linghai from Shanghai Team won the 1st place by scoring 26. As one rare girl contestant as well as one of the youngest contestants, Bing Yizhe, who is in Grade 6, Qingdao Nanjing Road Elementary School, finally scored 49 and ranked 4th with a narrow disadvantage.

    The CCOR founded in 2010 has been incorporated in the competition catalog by the World Sailing after it was held for the first time. Both its scale and influence continue to grow up. (Zhou Guanghui)
