The Qingdao Airport Group stands out from the 25 10-million-passenger-throughput airports candidates in the 2016 civil airport service quality of China to get Service Quality Excellence Award, and became the only awarded airport in China with 20 million passengers.
Leading with the international city strategy, Qingdao airport actively joins into the international service system. The airport aims at international leading airports including Singapore Changi, South Korea Inchon, and Japan Narita airports and introduced the most authoritative ACI service quality survey assessment system in the world, and the cob service procedure was based on it to implement Fine Service to achieve internationalized and meticulous service quality. Currently the Qingdao airport is ranked 26th in the world in ACI ranking, 85 up compared with the same time in 2016, 7 of its key indexes entered the world top 10. (Zhou Jianliang)
