The 2nd China service quality conference 2016, which is sponsored by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and China association for Quality Promotion, was held in Beijing recently. 12 enterprises got Service Star Five Star award in the conference with their excellent service quality. Two Qingdao enterprises were shown on the list, Haier Group is the only domestic enterprise receiving the award for excellent service in all product categories, the Double Star Group is the only company receiving the award in auto aftermarket area.

    The awarded companies were appraised on the comprehensive review results with on-site investigation, client compliant and satisfactory rate survey by China association for quality promotion, these 12 companies are selected from hundreds of member companies in auto, household electric appliance, and insurance, home decoration industries to receive a five-star award.
