The 5th batch of the 12 international travel experience officers have recently come to the West Coast New Zone and experienced the glamour and culture of the West Coast under the companion of 2 local guides. As the experiencing activity was over, the activity for global travel experience officers has ended smoothly. More and more people have known the abundant tourism resources of the West Coast. The brand name of “Travelling to the West Coast” is getting more and more famous.
The 5th experience officers are mainly composed of international friends. Because this activity is close to the Lunar Chinese New Year, in order to make the experience officers fully feel personally the charm of traditional Chinese culture and the special coastal folk celebration atmosphere of the West Coast, many traditional Chinese experience programs have been specially arranged including the Xin’an fair for Spring Festival purchasing, classical Chinese cultural education in Anlan Academy, Mao Qiang “Zi Mi Yi Jia” (Sisters Exchanging Marriages), horse riding and skiing in Cangma Mountain and Cangma Village distinctive folk performances. A series of cultural activities have greatly met the curiosity of these foreign experience officers to Chinese culture.
Among these 12 international travel experience officers, a few of them are from South Korea and they are very impressed by Golden Beach and Cangma Mountain Ice and Snow Festival. “The Golden Beach is extremely beautiful. I am very impressed by the scene of burning incense for praying on Lang Ya Tai.” Mr. and Ms. Cui Guican showed their special favor to Golden Beach. Seonhwa Kim, a South Korean experience officer thought the most fun place was Cangma Mountain. Seonhwa Kim told us that Cangma Mountain Ice and Snow Festival as well as Cangma Village folk customs were very special and the snacks on the Folk Custom Street were very delicious.
“When I am in Golden Beach, I almost have the illusion that I have come to Maldives.” Yereth, the travel officer from Holland, could not stop praising Golden Beach, who showed a lot of interest in traditional Chinese culture by listening to the Maoqiang opera, learning to play Chinese music instruments and searching for knowledge on Chinese ceramics. He thought this trip was very rewarding. The 4 family members of Anne Troulay, a French experience officer, joined in the activity. She said in our interview that this activity was not only a journey but also a memorable and cherished moment for their four family members.
Since the travel experience officer activity launched on September 29th 2015, a total of 4,189 veteran travel experience officers from over 20 countries signed up. Among them, 61 outstanding experience officers from France, Holland, South Korea, Hong Kong China and Beijing were finally invited for participation.
