The Qingdao Sino-Germany Eco-Park signed Sino-Fin Green Building Modular Joint Venture Project Cooperation Agreement with Finland Eco House Oy and Shandong Fute Share, which means another batch of key enterprises in the passive house industry chain settled down in the park.

    The project with the investment of CNY 470 million has CNY 150 million register capital, the planned construction area is about 30,000 square meters. It devotes in R&D, assembly of passive building modular. It plans to start construction in May 2016 and be completed in July 2017.

    The Finland Eco House Oy is a company focuses on a pre-made eco house and modular building materials, it is the forerunner in passive house technology in Finland, and also is the only company achieving industrialization of passive house modular production.
