The auto sampling system in Dongjiakou Port Zone of Qingdao has recently been put into use. As an important inspection and quarantine supporting facility of 400,000-ton ore docking port in Dongjiakou Port Zone, the system covers 2 ore berths of the port zone, one is 400,000-ton and the other is 200,000-ton.

    The system adopts the most advanced robot-supportive sampling system to realize automation in obtaining and making samples. Moisture and particle can be determined online, thus representativeness and accuracy of sampling can be greatly enhanced to increase reliability of the test result.
