The 1st multi-layer 3D circulated-water aquaculture system of China settled in the Qingdao West Coast New Zone. The Sino-Sweden Sustainable Development Aquaculture Industry Summit 2015 was held in the zone on November 4th, Shandong JINLUBAN Group and Qingdao Blue Granary Science and Technology Development Center which has prepared to enter the high-end blue economy that signed the cooperation framework agreement about introducing the multi-layer 3D circulated water aquaculture system with Wallenius Water company from Sweden, the system will be established in 2017.
Such system is said to come from Norway, it has multi advantages such as small land use, low energy cost, water saving, no pollution and high yield. The system can be used to build up 5-8 layers large production departments, and its production capacity per unit water area is 5-10 times more than the current domestic level, while its water consumption is just 1-2 percentage of traditional way.
The introduced system has adopted nano photo-catalysis water purifying technology; water usage rate can be enhanced to 85%-95%, and the adoption of wasted water can help to increase overall water usage rate to 98%. The system has a series of advanced high sensors to control all water quality parameters automatically. The system also has an auto-feeding device, and water channel auto cleansing robot, fish auto sorting device to achieve high degree industrial automation.
