青岛鲁商凯悦酒店宣布最新任命 肖亚诺为总经理

Hyatt Regency Qingdao is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr． Mariano Ernesto Silvestri as its new general manager． Before joining Hyatt Regency Qingdao， Mariano was the general manager of Hyatt Regency Tianjin East．

Mariano grew up in San Rafael in Mendoza province， Argentina’s wine country where a number tourists from all over the world regularly visit． After graduating with a degree in Hotel Business from Escuela Internacional de Turismo in Mendoza， he commenced his hospitality career in 2002 at Park Hyatt Mendoza． Over the subsequent 13 years， Mariano rose through the ranks at Park Hyatt Mendoza， Grand Hyatt Dubai and Park Hyatt Shanghai， from housekeeping， front office， rooms to management， before advancing to general manager for the first time at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa in 2015． In 2017， he moved in the same role at Hyatt Regency Tianjin East．

With over 18 years of service within Hyatt， Mariano has a well－defined vision for the hotel and is committed to taking it forward by adding more energizing experiences at Hyatt Regency Qingdao．“I’m looking forward to combining my experience in both resort and city properties to make Hyatt Regency Qingdao a truly dazzling destination，” says Mariano of his new role．

青岛鲁商凯悦酒店新任命

近日，青岛鲁商凯悦酒店正式宣布任命肖亚诺先生为酒店总经理。在出任该职位之前，他曾担任天津东凯悦酒店总经理。

肖先生成长于阿根廷的葡萄酒之乡——门多萨省的圣拉斐尔，这里常年吸引着来自世界各地的游客。在取得阿根廷国际酒店管理学院的学士学位后，他于2002年加入阿根廷门多萨柏悦酒店开启了自己在凯悦的酒店职业生涯。在随后的13年里，肖亚诺先生先后在柏悦门多萨酒店、阿联酋迪拜君悦酒店及上海柏悦酒店担任客房部、前厅部、房务部及行政管理层的重要职位，并于2015年晋升为马尔代夫柏悦酒店总经理。2017年，他重返中国，任职天津东凯悦酒店总经理。

在凯悦18年的任职经历，使得肖亚诺先生对酒店行业拥有敏锐的洞察力及独到的见解，他表示：“我非常期待能够将自己在城市及度假酒店的管理经验带到青岛，带领鲁商凯悦酒店开启崭新的发展旅程。”
